SYNOPSIS_

The Reality Index is a cinematic data-visualisation film developed for HERE with B-Reel, imagining a world continuously mapped, interpreted and updated through real-time location intelligence.

The film follows golden streams of data as they move through natural landscapes, cities, satellites, transport networks and human environments, revealing an invisible digital layer that connects the physical world. Roads, buildings, weather systems and movement patterns become part of a living map, constantly forming, adapting and learning.

Through a blend of live-action, 3D motion graphics, atmospheric compositing and motion-led art direction, the piece visualises how location data can support safer cities, smarter logistics, more efficient routes and better decision-making in an increasingly complex world.
